In business ventures and organisations, efficient and effective management in the form of planning, coordinating and monitoring activity is the "to be or not to be" criterion. This is where the myPARM software can help you.

We combine the 6-phase management system postulated by Professor Kaplan and Dr Norton (Harvard Business School) with the project management system myPARM, which has been tried and tested worldwide. This means strategic management can be combined seamlessly with operating activity within a business.

The web-based software is used by over 16,000 users in 38 countries, and covers all important subject areas from formulating the company vision to calculating project-related expenditure.

An overview of the most important functions of the myPARM software: strategy map; balanced scorecard; portfolio and programme management; multi-project management with GANTT, WBS, budgeting, resource allocation, time recording, invoicing, early warning system, risk and opportunity management, lessons learned etc. The software comes with integrated tools that support communication within the teams.

MSc Engineering, MSc Business Administration, BSc from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH), further project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, CMMI, PMBoK, etc.

Eduard Pfister founded parm ltd. in St.Gallen in 1996. Under his guidance, parm ltd. developed into one of the leading providers of consultancy services and software for operational and strategic project management and for global corporate management. He was responsible for parm ltd.'s direction and furthermore headed the Finance and Consultancy Services divisions. He has worked in the IT sector for more than 30 years and has been able to build up a broad knowledge base, from which customers can now benefit to the full.

Walter Epple

Walter Epple has been looking after domestic and foreign customer projects since 1998. He is responsible for establishing what customers require, implementing these requirements after programming, and for training. As a proven project and strategic management specialist, for many years he has been advising our customers to make them as successful as possible. He accompanies our customers through the development process in order to remain successful in the long term. He is also responsible for developing parm ltd.'s software solutions.

Furthermore, she is responsible for any customer requirements and reliable satisfaction thereof. A risk-based approach to management

The evaluation of risks on the basis of the probability of their occurrence and the extent of any resulting damage together with the subsequent derivation of suitable measures forms the starting point for operative risk and opportunity management. Examples can be found in risk management standards such as ONR 49000 and ISO 31000.
The company management should not simply take over the legal and official requirements on a 1:1 basis, but also implement them with respect to the risks revealed by the quality and management information system.
With effect from 2008, Switzerland (as well as other countries) has made the provision of ICS documentation for all social systems mandatory. Its presence must be confirmed by an external auditor.
